For this Country Manager position:

The Country Manager is a high-impact leadership position responsible for the complete strategic and financial oversight of the organization's Thai operations. This role demands a dual focus on Freight Forwarding and General Sales Agent (GSA) verticals, tasked with driving aggressive revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and positioning the brand as a market leader.

As the primary representative in the region, the Country Manager fosters high-level stakeholder relationships and cultivates an entrepreneurial, performance-driven culture to achieve sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the total P&L for Thailand while designing and implementing growth strategies across logistics and aviation sectors.
• Spearhead sales initiatives for Air/Ocean Freight and Contract Logistics, expanding airline partnerships and securing new trade lanes.
• Supervise end-to-end service delivery and GSA cargo operations, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and customer expectations.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team, utilizing KPIs to drive accountability and professional growth.
• Manage comprehensive budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost-optimization strategies to ensure healthy margins.
• Ensure all business activities align with Thai legal regulations, aviation standards, and internal corporate policies.
• Serve as the organization's principal liaison with regulatory bodies, airline partners, and global leadership teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years working experience in logistics , freight forwarding , 3PL ,or related fields
• Proven experience managing P&L responsibilities and leading multi-functional teams.
• An established professional network within local airlines, freight forwarders, and relevant trade bodies.
• Full professional fluency in both Thai and English.
