Warehouse Automation Operations Manager

MR. D.I.Y. is looking for an experienced Warehouse Automation Operations Manager to lead automated distribution center operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of automated warehouse systems and DC activities.
• Ensure productivity, service level, and operational targets are achieved.
• Lead warehouse automation processes including conveyor, sorter, ASRS, and system flow.
• Monitor KPIs, manpower utilization, and cost control.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, transport, IT, and warehouse teams.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse operation teams.
• Support new DC setup, expansion, and automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Strong experience in automated warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Knowledge of WMS, automation systems, conveyor, sorter, or ASRS.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
• Chinese language is a plus.
