About Energi Elite

Energi Elite is a fast-growing EV charging and energy solutions company, trusted by thousands of customers and known for premium installation quality, safety standards, and fast execution.

After building strong traction in Malaysia, we are launching Energi Elite Thailand — starting in Greater Bangkok — and we're looking for a Country Manager to lead this expansion end-to-end.

This is a build role, not a maintenance role.

The Role (Why This Is a Big Opportunity)

As Country Manager, you will own Thailand.

You will be responsible for:

• Launching Energi Elite Thailand from zero
• Building partnerships (dealers, installers, property managers)
• Driving revenue, execution, and local operations
• Acting as the CEO of Thailand, with full accountability

Market Entry & Growth

• Launch and scale Energi Elite's EV charger installation business in Thailand
• Focus initially on Greater Bangkok (Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan)
• Develop and execute local go-to-market strategy

Partnerships & Sales

• Build partnerships with:
• EV dealerships (BYD, MG, Tesla ecosystem, etc.)
• Property developers & condo management offices
• Local installer partners
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
• Own pipeline and revenue targets

Operations & Execution

• Set up and manage local installer network
• Ensure installations meet Energi Elite's safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with HQ on products, SOPs, pricing, and reporting
• Oversee after-sales support and issue resolution

Team & Local Leadership

• Hire and manage local staff or contractors as needed
• Be the face of Energi Elite in Thailand
• Represent the brand with professionalism and authority

What We're Looking For (Very Important)

Must-Have

• 5+ years experience in business development, operations, or country management
• Strong understanding of Thailand's business culture and local networks
• Proven ability to build partnerships and close deals
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in Thai; strong working English

Strong Advantage

• Experience in EV, energy, construction, electrical, or infrastructure
• Existing relationships with EV dealers, property developers, or installers
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Experience launching or managing a new market

• Not a corporate reporting role
• Not a wait for instructions job
• Not a marketing-only position
