What You'll Do
As Regional Manager – Thailand (Bangkok-based), you will lead D-EDGE's commercial efforts in the Thai hospitality market. You will not only drive new business but also inspire and manage a local sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will play a key role in shaping the regional sales strategy and strengthening D-EDGE's market presence.
Your Main Responsibilities Include
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local sales team, including Sales Managers and Account Managers.
- Identify and prospect new hotel clients across Thailand using multiple channels: cold calls, emails, client visits, events, and social media.
- Define and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with D-EDGE's commercial objectives in Thailand.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and demonstrate D-EDGE solutions.
- Prepare proposals, deliver impactful product demos, and negotiate contract terms.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, while ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
- Represent D-EDGE at industry events, webinars, and client workshops in Thailand, strengthening the company's brand and partnerships.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, SaaS, or digital services.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Strong interest in hotel technology and digital distribution.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Thai; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM tools).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute sales plans.
- High energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with an international, cross-functional team.
