A high-growth technology business expanding across Southeast Asia is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive its next phase of growth in Thailand. The foundations are already in place: established regional backing, a proven platform, existing local operations, and strong product capability. What's missing is someone who can open the right doors, shape complex partnerships, and convert enterprise relationships into long-term revenue growth.
This is not a traditional operational Country Manager position.
The delivery and support infrastructure already exists. Your mandate is commercial.
You'll lead enterprise partnership development across Thailand's consumer digital economy — including e-commerce platforms, ride-hailing and mobility businesses, retailers, consumer finance providers, and other large-scale digital or consumer-facing enterprises.
The environment sits at the intersection of traditional financial services and fast-moving technology. Success will come from understanding how to navigate both worlds: engaging sophisticated, risk-conscious enterprise partners while operating with the speed and adaptability of a scaling technology business.
You'll own the Thailand commercial agenda and local P&L, working closely with regional leadership to shape growth strategy, prioritize market opportunities, and influence how products are positioned for enterprise adoption.
The role will suit someone who has already operated in senior commercial, business development, or general management positions within technology, fintech, e-commerce, mobility, retail, embedded finance, or digital platform environments. Experience leading revenue growth, structuring enterprise partnerships, and managing complex stakeholder relationships is essential.
Equally important is the ability to translate sophisticated technology-led solutions into commercially compelling outcomes for enterprise clients.
Thai language fluency is critical given the relationship-driven nature of the market, alongside the confidence to operate with regional stakeholders in English.
