Job Overview
The Creative Design Manager (Graphic Design) is responsible for leading the visual direction and execution of creative assets across all marketing and e-commerce channels.
This role oversees the graphic design team to ensure high-quality, consistent, and performance-driven visuals that support brand partners and internal campaigns. The position plays a key role in translating business objectives into compelling visual content, particularly for social commerce platforms such as TikTok, e-commerce marketplaces, and digital media.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with operational leadership, ensuring both creative excellence and efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Design Execution
- Lead the development and execution of visual concepts for campaigns, including e-commerce stores, social media, and marketing materials
- Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Oversee the creation of key assets such as banners, product visuals, promotional materials, and digital content
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms and campaigns
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Manage, mentor, and develop the graphic design team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
- Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of all design projects
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance team capabilities and output quality
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account, Marketing, Content, Live Production, Creator Management) to deliver integrated campaign solutions
- Translate business and marketing requirements into clear creative briefs for the design team
- Ensure smooth coordination between design and execution teams
4. Performance & Optimization
- Ensure design outputs are optimized for performance across platforms (e.g., CTR, conversion, engagement)
- Continuously refine creative strategies based on campaign results and performance data
- Stay updated on design trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior to enhance effectiveness
5. Process & Workflow Management
- Establish and improve design workflows, SOPs, and quality control processes
- Manage timelines, project tracking, and resource allocation effectively
- Ensure efficient turnaround time without compromising quality
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency environments is highly preferred

Additional Requirements
- Strong understanding of social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) is a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
