Conduct credit analysis by evaluating financial data and business risk.
Summarize customer contact data analytically (open comments) and present solutions to the team and management for credit limit extensions, in cases of exceeding credit limits, to help the sales team process sales bills or address problematic debtors.
Update billing regulations by contacting customers to inquire about billing policies, receiving checks, and payment processing to ensure accurate system updates.
Manage the preparation of personal guarantee agreements (in cases where additional guarantees are required for specific customers).
Oversee and renew bank guarantee (BG) documents for both existing and new customers, specifically for certain clients.
Handle various contract documents and provide initial consulting for the sales team in drafting legal agreements, such as sales contracts, re-checks, and summarizing legal opinions.
Coordinate with sales teams, customers, and internal teams.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge and experience in business credit analysis.
Ability to prepare analysis reports and evaluate risks for various types of credit proposals.
Basic understanding of legal aspects, SME credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and accounting; prior experience in debt collection, Relationship Management (RM), or Credit Analyst (CA) roles in financial institutions for at least 3 years will be given special consideration.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented, honest, and able to collaborate well with others.
