Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate themaintenance and operation of critical infrastructure systems, including but notlimited to HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant/equipment, HVACmechanical cooling/heating systems, fire protection and suppression systems,and electrical and mechanical systems within the portfolio of buildings.
  • Manage maintenance contractsand monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with service levelagreements.
  • Provide technical support tothe maintenance and operations teams, ensuring that all engineering work iscarried out safely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Monitor and optimize theperformance of critical infrastructure systems, ensuring that they operate atpeak efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop and implementmaintenance programs and procedures to ensure that critical infrastructuresystems are maintained in accordance with best practice standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accuraterecords of all maintenance and engineering work, including maintenanceschedules, work orders, and engineering drawings.
  • Develop and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders, including Facilities Managers, theClient's staff and representatives, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Participate in emergencycall-out roster providing cover for weekend and team member absences, asrequired.
  • Volunteer ideas/initiativesthat contribute to the service levels and delivery.
  • Undertake other tasks, asrequired by the Client, in accordance with experience and competencies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree inMechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in critical environment or data centre operations and maintenance.
  • Experience in managingmaintenance contracts and monitoring contractor performance.
  • Strong technical knowledge ofcritical infrastructure systems, including but not limited to HV and LVdistribution systems, associated plant/equipment, HVAC mechanicalcooling/heating systems, fire protection and suppression systems, andelectrical and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solvingskills, with the ability to identify, diagnose and solve technical issues.
  • Excellent English & Thai communicationskills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technicalstakeholders.
  • Strong project managementskills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety andenvironmental regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work under pressureand in a fast-paced environment.
