We're hiring Cultural Content Reviewers to help ensure AI-generated content is accurate, respectful, and genuinely relevant across diverse global communities. You don't need a degree in cultural studies. You need to know your culture from the inside out — and be able to articulate why something feels off.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to applicants from all backgrounds and regions.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content — including text, images, and recommendations — for cultural accuracy and sensitivity
- Identify material that is inappropriate, outdated, stereotyping, or likely to cause offense in your cultural context
- Provide regional context and suggest culturally authentic alternatives
- Evaluate whether localizations and translations feel natural to a native audience
- Submit clear, structured feedback using provided evaluation tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Deep, lived familiarity with the culture, customs, values, and social norms of your region
- Able to catch cultural missteps that outsiders — or AI — would easily miss
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Thoughtful and balanced in your evaluations — able to explain your reasoning clearly
- Detail-oriented and consistent across tasks
- No academic background in cultural studies required — your real-world knowledge is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, journalism, or content review
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of regional subcultures, dialects, or minority communities within your area
