We are seeking a Culture, Social & Partnerships Contractor to collaborate with Tinder Thailand on selected marketing and partnership projects.
Thailand is one of Tinder's key growth markets, and this independent contract offers an exciting opportunity to help drive brand and business momentum while keeping full autonomy over how you work and deliver results.

3-5 years of experience in marketing, social, influencer, partnerships, content, or agency roles, ideally with youth, lifestyle, entertainment, consumer tech, or digital-first brands.
Deeply connected to Thai youth culture, especially Gen Z and young millennials, with a strong feel for trends, conversations, creators, and what resonates socially.
A social native with strong instincts for content, cultural relevance, and ideas that people want to engage with and share.
Experience supporting or executing influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social campaigns, or cultural activations.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working across both creative and operational tasks, from idea development to execution follow-up and reporting.
Data-aware and comfortable supporting campaign reporting, identifying key takeaways, and applying learnings to improve future work.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to test ideas, move quickly, and learn by doing.
A collaborative team player who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and works well across functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
Proficient in Google Workspace and presentation/reporting tools.
Experience with app marketing, lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer internet brands.
Experience supporting regional projects or adapting campaign assets for multiple markets.
This is an independent contractor role. The contractor will operate as an independent service provider, managing their own schedule and methods of work, and will be compensated based on agreed hours or days worked,reflecting the estimated effort required to complete the deliverables. The contractor will invoice the client on a monthly basis for services rendered and deliverables completed during that month. Payment will be made upon receipt and approval of the invoice.
- Service Fee: THB 50,000-90,000 per month
