About the Role

Responsible for handling and resolving complaints for customers
Responsible for litigation resolution for customers & AIA issues
Responsible for Loss& Fraud prevention programme and presentation to AIA management as assigned.
Other tasks as per assignment.

. Process customer complaint cases
. Resolve more complex complaints escalated by customer service or customer contact centre staff

. Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
