Work with CQE/QA staff to monitor and report relevant process performance and have audit processes to identify and help the team eliminate nonconforming findings
Liaise with internal departments for communicating and achieving customer quality expectation
Chair in-house process improvement meeting on customer complaint
Prepare the inspection summary and statistical performance report for reviewing the product / process quality performance
Manage customer RMA return boards process and 8D process
Handle customer complaint, electronic assembly and system integration quality
Responsible for customer visit, audit, presentation and qualification
Manage the sorting activities and on time report to the plant's management
Liaise with end customer (or agent) to finally close the 8D and the quality complaints
Requirements:
Minimum 5 year of relevant experience in PCB field
Know-well and have solid experience in quality systems, including ISO9000, QS9000, ISO14000 & ISO/TS16949 and SPC
Experience of handling key customer visit, audit, presentation and qualification
Good team player with effective communication skills
