Job Description

Customer Service Representative (Cryptocurrency)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, live chat, and social media (Facebook & LINE).
  • Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within set timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify customers needs, issues, and provide effective solutions or recommendations.
  • Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties to obtain necessary information for customers.
  • Support other business units with customer liaison tasks.
  • Work on a rotating shift basis.

Working Conditions

  • Working Days: 5 days per week
  • Operation Hours: 24/7 shift rotation (including weekends and night shifts)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work different shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrencies or trading will be an advantage.
