Role Overview
Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor supporting accommodation services. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, delivering professional assistance and ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey from inquiry to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Deliver service with empathy, patience, and clear communication
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to identify and negotiate solutions
- Support team collaboration and assist Team Managers when required
- Represent company values and maintain service excellence standards
- Participate in ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Team Leads or Supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, contact center, travel, or hospitality industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working Conditions
- Willing to work flexible hours with rotating 24/7 shifts
- Availability on weekends and public holidays as required
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Incentive Program (MIP): THB 1,750
- Night Shift Allowance: THB 200 per night
