Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process customer orders, requests, applications, modifications, and account-related queries.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Stay updated on products and services to provide accurate information.
- Follow company policies, communication guidelines, and service standards.
- Meet customer satisfaction goals, response time targets, and call handling metrics.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide feedback to improve customer support processes and overall service quality.
Qualifications- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling challenging situations.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred:
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Voice Process, Call Centre, Client Support, or a similar role.
- Experience handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
