Are you ready to take on the cyber threats of tomorrow As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a crucial operational role, responsible for the build, deployment, and support of SIEM, Vulnerability, and AV/EDR services for our Managed Hosting, Private Cloud, and Public Cloud solutions. You will work with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in services and resolve complex challenges in customer infrastructure. Your role will involve diagnosing and documenting customer implementations to a high standard, enabling timely resolution for any service issues or SIEM alerts within agreed Service Level Agreements.

You will ensure that the complexities of customer infrastructure are understood and provide support to enhance stability and service. This includes developing new services, making fundamental changes to the SIEM infrastructure, and defining new standards using agreed business processes and best practices. You will significantly contribute to, review, and approve new product and service releases while working with stakeholders to enhance existing services. Additionally, you will support colleagues in escalations and sales opportunities, driving internal service improvement processes and initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of security analyst experience, preferably in a managed services environment
• Experience with cloud security, DevOps, cyber resiliency/incident management, Zero Trust, network/EDGE security, and emerging technologies such as IoT and AI
• Expertise in network, host, and cloud-based security, attack techniques, analysis, and investigation
• Experience threat hunting, proactively and iteratively searching to detect advanced threats that evade existing security solutions
• Deep understanding of the current cyber threat landscape, the different tactics commonly used by adversaries and how you would investigate, contain and recover against their attacks
• Advanced Incident Triage, Lead the analysis and response to complex or high-severity security incidents, providing expert judgment and decision-making.
• Expertise with Major Incident Management, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and playbook development
• Manage Bug bounty & Threat intelligence, ASM, CTI, Active defense and etc.
• SOC Operations Skill Development, Mentor and coach other SOC team members, leading efforts to improve SOC capabilities through training, sharing best practices, and fostering skill development
• Conduct in-depth threat analysis, deploy deception technologies to mislead attackers, prioritize vulnerabilities, and collaborate with teams to enhance detection and response. Incorporate Bug Bounty programs, Threat Intelligence (CTI), Active Defense strategies, and Attack Surface Management (ASM) to mitigate risks efficiently and use advanced tools and intelligence insights to protect the organization from emerging and sophisticated threats

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields
• Preferred Certifications in Cyber Security: ECTHP (Certified Threat Hunting Professional) or ECMAP (Malware Analysis Professional) other specialized security analyst certifications
• Experience in Cloud Security monitoring and in advanced analytics (UEBA)
• Required Certification: to have SANS GIAC certificates such as GCIH, GIAC, GSE, GCFA, GCFE or similarly level of certifications
