Job Summary

Integrated Growth will drive revenue growth and strategic client partnerships for True Digital Academy (TDA) by identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing consultative solutions in workforce transformation. The role focuses on engaging medium to large organizations to design and deliver impactful learning and capability development initiatives in areas such as Digital, AI, and Data.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our solutions
  • Develop strategic account plans and grow relationships with key clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored learning and workforce solutions
  • Lead end-to-end sales process: from needs discovery to proposal and deal closure
  • Achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition and account expansion
  • Stay updated on trends in digital, AI, and workforce transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful client solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Technology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • 8–10 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
  • Proven track record in managing large or strategic client accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience working with medium to large organizations in areas related to digital transformation, learning solutions, or people development
  • Certifications in AI, Data, Digital Transformation, or HR Development frameworks are a plus.
  • A strategic, consultative professional with strong executive influence, capable of translating business challenges into actionable learning and digital solutions.
  • Combines excellent communication, proposal development, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple engagements
