Job Summary
This role enables data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for the Destination Team. The position is responsible for maintaining and analyzing operational datasets, developing performance dashboards, and driving process improvements through insights and automation. In addition, the role supports structured onboarding execution to ensure smooth employee integration and compliance with access and system setup protocols.
Key Responsibilities
1-Operational Coordination
- Orchestrate request intake, approvals, and vendor coordination; drive issues to resolution.
- Own the team knowledge base and versioned documentation
2-Data Management & Analytics
- Own and maintain the Destination Team's operational datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in handling sensitive information.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports tracking performance metrics such as SLA attainment, workload distribution, backlog, and process cycle times.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes; provide actionable recommendations with quantified impact.
- Build and manage automated data pipelines or scripts to improve data collection, validation, and reporting efficiency.
- Map workflows and handoffs; remove bottlenecks; standardize forms and approvals
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights supporting resource planning, service optimization, and cost efficiency.
- Manage data governance activities, including version control of data dictionaries and periodic quality checks.
- Support leadership reviews with synthesized data insights and visualizations for decision support.
- Orchestrate request intake, approvals, and vendor coordination; drive issues to resolution.
Performance Management
- Produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting trends, risks, and remediation plans.
- Configure alerts for SLA breaches, backlog thresholds, capacity constraints, and access anomalies.
- To cross collaborate with other functional with pilot automation for repetitive task. measure ROI and adoption.
3- Onboarding & Offboarding Execution
- Coordinate and execute structured onboarding for new outsource staff, including system access, device allocation, software licensing, and workspace setup.
- Maintain accurate onboarding checklists, SOPs, and runbooks to ensure process compliance and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Destination Team leads to streamline onboarding workflows through automation and standardized forms.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or process improvement within a fast-paced or service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Familiarity with automation or low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Google Apps Script) is an advantage.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data findings into actionable insights that improve operations and decision-making.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.
- Mindset: Proactive, data-driven, and continuous improvement–oriented, with a focus on efficiency , and service quality.
- Language: Proficient in English and Thai language (both written and verbal).
