Data Center Engineer (Cabling)

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide technical support for servers, routers, switches, and network infrastructure within a Data Center environment
• Perform network configuration changes, troubleshooting, and debugging of Data Center network issues
• Handle system installation, configuration, and equipment operations within the Data Center
• Monitor and manage Data Center capacity, ensuring optimal performance and availability
• Proactively identify potential issues related to Data Center networks and servers, and implement solutions
• Execute changes to system services and configurations in accordance with operational procedures

Requirments

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a Data Center environment
• Proficient in both English and Thai for effective communication with associates and customers
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
