Job Title: Data Center Facility Technician / Engineer

Position Overview
We are hiring Facility Technicians / Engineers to support the operation and maintenance of facility systems in a data center environment.
Candidates from data center, manufacturing, hospitality, commercial buildings, malls, or general facility management are encouraged to apply.
Training will be provided to equip candidates with data center–specific knowledge.
Position Level & Experience
Level :Experience Requirement
- Junior Technician :Minimum 1 year experience
- Technician / Engineer (Mid-Level)1–2 years experience
- -Senior / Lead Engineer2–5 years experience
Note: Experience can be from facility operations across industries, not limited to data centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operation and monitoring of facility systems (e.g., electrical, mechanical, HVAC, cooling systems)
- Conduct routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
- Support incident response and escalation when required
- Ensure all activities comply with safety and operational procedures
- Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of maintenance activities
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors
- Support continuous improvement of facility operations
Requirements
- Experience in facility management / building services / technical operations
- Background in electrical, mechanical, or related field preferred
- Ability to perform hands-on technical work
- Willingness to learn and adapt to data center environment
- Language:Thai (required)
- Basic English (for communication and reporting)
- Able to work in shifts (if required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: THB 40,000 – THB 80,000 (depending on experience and level)
