Role Purpose:
To support and execute digital adoption, robotic process automation (RPA), and data
analytics initiatives that enable business units and factory operations to transition
smoothly into a smart, AI-enabled enterprise. This role focuses on user enablement,
automation design, and insight generation to support BCC's Industry 4.0 strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Adoption & User Enablement
Deliver hands-on training and user support for digital platforms (e.g., SAP, Power
BI, cloud tools, smart factory dashboards).
Create user documentation, video tutorials, and helpdesk content to support
new system rollouts.
Conduct user feedback sessions and identify adoption pain points and
opportunities for improvement.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Work with business units to identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath or
Microsoft Power Automate.
Maintain and monitor RPA workflows for performance, error handling, and
continuous improvement.
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards to track tool adoption, engagement levels, and
automation ROI.
Analyze usage data, user satisfaction scores, and productivity metrics. Present findings and insights to the Digital Adoption Lead and cross-functional
stakeholders.
Cross-team Collaboration
Collaborate with IT, OT, HR, and operational teams to ensure digital initiatives
meet business needs.
Support change communication, awareness campaigns, and digital culture-
building activities.
Ensure digital solutions comply with PDPA and cybersecurity policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
25 years of experience in digital adoption, RPA, business analysis, or IT training.
Proficient in RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) and data analytics platforms
(Power BI, Excel, SQL).
Strong skills in user engagement, digital training, and workflow documentation.
Familiarity with ERP systems, smart factory concepts, or cloud platforms is a
plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional teamwork
skills.
