We emphasize the use of low-code / no-code platforms to deliver solutions quickly and cost-effectively, and are actively exploring how Generative AI can power the next generation of tools for internal operations and customer engagement.

Role Overview

As a Data Manager, you will lead Prinsiri's R&D tech strategy and help architect the internal platforms and systems that power day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with executive leadership and department heads to define roadmaps, prioritize projects, and build a strong engineering culture focused on speed, usability, and automation.

You'll drive our adoption of low-code/no-code tools (such as AppSheet and Webflow) and guide the integration of generative AI into our digital ecosystem. This includes intelligent assistants, content generation, internal automation, and AI-augmented decision support tools.

A strong understanding of data architecture, analysis, and visualization is also essential. You'll help ensure business units can make informed decisions with the right tools, pipelines, and metrics in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for internal tool development, automation systems, and integration workflows
• Drive the adoption and governance of low-code / no-code platforms such as AppSheet and Webflow
• Lead the exploration and integration of Generative AI in business processes and customer tools
• Oversee design and delivery of strategic R&D initiatives across the company
• Work with product stakeholders to identify operational pain points and prioritize solutions
• Guide architecture and implementation planning for major projects
• Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and governance of business data across systems
• Manage and mentor software engineers and technical contributors within the R&D team
• Support teams in transforming raw data into dashboards, insights, and workflows
• Evaluate new technologies and make build-vs-buy recommendations

Qualifications Required:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, automation, or systems integration
• Strong background in GCP platforms and internal tool development
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, define KPIs and OKRs, and support data-driven decisions
• Experience designing or managing data flows, views, or visualizations
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage both high-level planning and detailed execution
• Strong communication skills, including working with non-technical stakeholders and executive teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with low-code development (e.g. AppSheet, Webflow,Google App Script)
• Familiarity with ERP, or CRM integrations
• Prior experience in real estate, proptech, or operations-driven tech environments
