Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Data Scientist role at Sentrics Consulting Company Limited in Bangkok. The Data Scientist will be responsible for applying machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to solve real-world business challenges, developing actionable insights, and driving impactful business use cases. The role requires a balance of technical expertise and strategic business mindset to support the company&aposs projects and strategies.
Qualifications
- 0 - 5 years of experience (New graduates are welcome)
- Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Stats / Data Science / Computer Science or related fields
- Proficient in writing queries in SQL and programming in Python
- Proficient in using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Proficient in both spoken and written in Thai and English
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address business challenges using data science techniques and data analytics, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Perform feature engineering, conduct exploratory and deep-dive analyses to uncover insights or form the patterns of behavior
- Apply business rule-base criteria together with machine learning techniques to create predictive models that address business needs.
- Develop and enhance propensity to buy model to select potential target group for telemarketing activities, as well as analyzing result for finding room to improve sales performance.
- Drive business use cases by integrating machine learning and AI solutions into workflows, focusing on customer segmentation, personalization, Generative AI (LLM / RAG) and more.
- Monitor and refine machine learning models to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and assess their applicability to drive value for the organization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize results from advanced analytics or monitor performance of machine learning.
- Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to non-technical stakeholders using clear language and compelling data story telling.
