Job Description

Manage and maintain a balanced relationship between the company and employees by minimizing conflicts, mitigating labor-related risks, and fostering a fair, transparent, and sustainable working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations cases such as employee complaints, investigations, and disciplinary actions
  • Provide consultation to management and supervisors on labor law and employee management in various situations
  • Develop systems and preventive measures for labor issues, such as grievance processes and disciplinary frameworks
  • Analyze employee-related trends such as turnover, misconduct, and engagement
  • Communicate company policies effectively to ensure employee understanding and alignment
  • Manage relationships with external parties (e.g., government agencies)
  • Support organizational change initiatives
