KPI & Performance Management: Actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). You are expected to be proactive—identifying sales or service delivery gaps early and implementing swift corrective actions to stay on track.

Requirements
Operational Leadership: 7+ years in E-commerce or Fashion branded business, with a proven ability to manage complex sellers P&Ls and budgets.
Cross-Functional Mastery: Experience leading diverse teams across different business units to achieve a singular strategic objective.
Analytical Execution: Proficiency in tracking KPIs and using data to drive operational improvements and sales performance.
Presentation Poise: Expert at creating and delivering management-level presentations that communicate strategy and performance to senior leadership.
