Position: Automation Design Engineer(Samut Sakhon Based)
Level: Section Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Feasibility study and find out new opportunities to improve with machine automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design or improve existing machinery.
- Lead installation and testing of new machinery in production lines.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize equipment.
- Ensure machinery complies with company standards in terms of efficiency, safety, and reliability.
- Experience in machinery design, development, or production line implementation is a plus.
- Design customizes machine automation and consults with engineering and manufacturing teammates to ensure that designs are feasible.
- Develop and build prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function.
- Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards.
- Oversee new technology sourcing and applying with business as require to be increasing productivity , Quality and Cost saving.
- Research competitor products quarterly and collaborate with product development team to generate ideas for making our products the best ones on the mark
Qualifications:
- Master degree or bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic, Engineering or related field.
- Having knowledge in Electrical control design and Automation's Electrical system.
- Minimum 5 years experience of Design in the Automation area.
- Expertise in program design such as SolidWorks, Auto-cad, ZW3D, etc.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial automation
- Problem analysis and solving and Having strong leadership.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Good Attitude, Interpersonal relations and good team player
Working Condition:
- Working day: Mon - Fri and every other Sat
- Working hour: 08.00 a.m. – 05.00 p.m. or as specified by the agency
- Office location: TU Shrimp Plant A.Muang, Samutsakorn (Near Makro Mahachai)
