DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to build, manage, and optimize scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure and CI/CD systems. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with production systems, infrastructure management, containers, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines ensuring smooth deployments and rollback mechanisms.

Provision, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or Azure environments.

Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.

Develop automation scripts using Bash, Shell, Python, or PowerShell.

Deploy and manage applications on AWS / Azure cloud platforms.

Work with containerized environments (Docker) and manage workloads on Kubernetes (production environments).

Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).

Ensure infrastructure security, patching, compliance, and access control.

Perform infrastructure scaling, capacity planning, and cost optimization.

Collaborate with development and product teams to streamline release processes.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering.

Hands-on experience in AWS or Azure (minimum 2–3 years).

AWS and Azure are preferred as primary cloud platforms; exposure to multi-cloud environments is a plus.

Strong experience in infrastructure management and provisioning in cloud environments.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Strong experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC tools.

Solid scripting skills (Bash/Shell/Python/PowerShell).

Strong experience with Docker (containers).

Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production environments.

Good understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Understanding of security best practices (IAM, secrets management, patching).

Good to Have

Cloud certifications (Associate level) in AWS or Azure.

Educational Qualifications
