About the job.

Support and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns to grow LG.com sales through cross-functional collaboration, content development, media execution, and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with e-commerce sales to create campaigns and promotions that drive LG.com sales objective
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business unit marketing, e-commerce sales, media performance, to drive LG.com sales and digital media objectives
  • Assist in development of e-commerce marketing campaign to drive sales and traffic to LG.com
  • Support on planning, executing, and tracking of LG.com campaigns
  • Develop effective contents for social media platforms and LG.com
  • Build ideas on creative contents with agency
  • Collaborate with media agency and sales team to deliver effectiveness campaign
  • Monitor ads to ensure all ads are running correctly (creative materials and setting ads)
  • Track and report aligned KPIs across channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, digital, or related field
  • 24 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or brand.com
  • Hands-on exposure to owned channel (Brand.com) is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, project management skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of digital media matrix, social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, or CRM/email marketing is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital campaign tools.
  • Creative, organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
