Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager (Rooms Focus) is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive room bookings, increase online visibility, and enhance guest engagement. This role will oversee online campaigns, website performance, digital advertising, and data analytics to optimize direct booking revenue and improve the hotel's digital presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, OTA advertising, and programmatic marketing.
  • Familiarity with hotel booking engines, CRS, and revenue management systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
