The Digital Marketing Manager is to lead and execute our marketing initiatives for the travel business and video channels. This is a hands-on role where you&aposll leverage your expertise in cutting-edge digital tools and methodologies to elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • AI-Powered Digital Marketing Execution: Drive the implementation and optimization of comprehensive digital marketing initiatives for LUMA&aposs travel business and video channels, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI for enhanced efficiency and impact.
  • Content Generation & Optimization (GEO/SEO): Oversee the creation of high-impact content across various formats (text, video, social), proactively utilizing generative AI tools to accelerate production and refine content. Implement strategies for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and traditional SEO to ensure maximum visibility and reach across diverse platforms and audiences. Drive the repurposing of video content to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Audience Growth & Engagement: Strategically nurture and expand our audience base across all communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and community platforms, continuously exploring AI-driven personalization opportunities.
  • Influencer & Creator Network Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with influencers and content creators across Southeast Asia and international markets. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with micro and macro-influencers aligned with our travel and health insurance positioning. Develop scalable creator programs including affiliate partnerships, brand ambassadorships, and co-created content initiatives. Track and optimize influencer campaign performance, ensuring authentic brand alignment and measurable ROI across all creator collaborations.
  • Podcast Strategy & Production Oversight: Lead the strategic development and execution of LUMA&aposs podcast initiatives, including content planning, guest acquisition, production coordination, and distribution optimization. Ensure consistent publishing schedules, audience growth metrics, and integration with broader marketing objectives. Manage podcast-specific KPIs including download growth, engagement rates, and lead generation attribution
  • Campaign Management & Delivery: Take full ownership of the marketing action plan, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and measurable results with minimal supervision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, prioritize initiatives, and achieve integrated marketing goals.
  • Vendor & Freelancer Management: Identify, recruit, and manage external vendors and freelancers for specialized marketing tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, utilizing data-driven AI tools where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Experience:A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a background in content creation, campaign management, and hands-on execution. Background in the international market segment will be highly valued.
  • AI-Native & Innovative:A strong enthusiasm for AI, with demonstrated experience or a keen interest in applying AI tools for content generation, optimization, and marketing automation, including concepts like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Independent & Accountable:A proven ability to translate agreed-upon strategies into actionable plans and execute independently, taking full ownership of your scope and delivering exceptional results without needing constant oversight.
  • Digital & Marketing Acumen:In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, particularly in the areas of video marketing, content optimization, and audience engagement.
  • Creative & Adaptable:Highly creative with a strong eye for compelling visuals and narratives, especially within video content. Adaptable to evolving market demands and business needs.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented:Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of complex marketing initiatives.
  • Communication Skills:Native English speaker is preferred.Any other language is a plus.
