Digital Marketing Manager - Thailand (Franchise Recruitment)

Languages: Trilingual Proficiency (Mandarin Chinese, Thai, English)
Core Responsibilities:
1Strategy & Ad Operations: Develop digital marketing strategies specifically for the Thai market. Hands-on management of advertising campaigns across mainstream channels (Meta [FB/IG], Google Ads, TikTok). Accountable for optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and maximizing ROI.
2Social Media & Live Streaming (Core Focus): Manage Social Media Operations for the brand's official Thai accounts (TikTok/Facebook) with a focus on franchise recruitment. Must act as the on-camera anchor for Thai live streams and short videos, presenting franchise projects and answering investor inquiries.
3Localization & Creative: Leverage deep insights into Thai business culture to lead A/B testing for Thai ad creatives (scripts/copy) and Landing Pages, ensuring content is highly localized and persuasive.
4Vendor Management: Source, select, and manage local Thai marketing agencies/vendors. Implement competitive mechanisms to ensure external output meets quality and efficiency standards.
Requirements:
1Language Skills: Native or professional proficiency in Thai (Must be able to broadcast/host in Thai). Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English for internal communication.
2Experience: 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in the Thai market with a strong understanding of the local internet ecosystem. Experience in B2B lead generation or high-ticket product promotion is strongly preferred.
3Professional Skills: Expert knowledge of Meta and Google advertising logic. Proven experience in Social Media Management and live streaming; strong on-camera presence is required.
4Data Mindset: Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Possess strong data sensitivity and the ability to conduct performance reviews to drive improvements.

Languages: Trilingual Proficiency (Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, English)
Core Responsibilities:
1Strategy & Ad Operations: Formulate digital marketing strategies for the Indonesian market. Hands-on management of advertising campaigns across mainstream channels (Meta [FB/IG], Google Ads, TikTok). Accountable for Lead volume and ROI.
2Social Media & Live Streaming (Core Focus): Plan and execute content for the brand's official Indonesian Social Media accounts. Must possess on-camera capability to conduct regular live streams or film short videos in Bahasa Indonesia to pitch franchise opportunities to potential partners.
3Localization & Creative: Adapt ad creatives and landing pages based on Indonesian market characteristics (including cultural nuances and Muslim market considerations) to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR).
4Vendor Management: Expand, integrate, and manage local Indonesian marketing resources. Monitor industry trends to continuously optimize the advertising model.
Requirements:

2Experience: 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with deep roots in the Indonesian market. Experience in B2B recruitment, cross-border e-commerce, or global brand expansion is preferred.
3Professional Skills: Mastery of Meta and Google advertising tools. Strong mindset for short video direction and practical live streaming experience; excellent public speaking skills are required.
