About the Role

A Digital Marketing Specialist develops, implements, and manages online marketing campaigns to promote products or services, engagement and sales across digital channels. They are responsible for pricing strategies, creating marketing materials as well as online content and email marketing. These professionals analyze data using tools like Google Analytics to optimize performance and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize sales performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, track ROI, and analyze marketing performance.

2. Content Management

  • Produce online content to boost brand awareness and explain products/services.
  • Create marketing materials including leaflets, catalogues, and promotional merchandise.

3. Event Marketing and Partnership Development

  • Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Implement loyalty programs and customer reward initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and business partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to reach new customers

Key Requirements

Work Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online campaigns.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, social media marketing, and online advertising.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the pharmacy or healthcare industry is a plus.
