Role Description
GVN Marketing is looking for a motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist / Digital Media Buyer to join our growing team in Bangkok.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys performance marketing, loves working with data and analytics, and is passionate about building campaigns that deliver real business results.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
We are looking for someone who enjoys both strategy and optimization, and wants to continuously improve campaign performance through audience targeting, creative testing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, ROAS, and business growth
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities based on data insights
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Monitor KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize performance and ROI
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
- Utilize tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms
- Track conversion events, attribution, and user behavior across campaigns
- Stay updated on platform updates, advertising trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices
- Prepare campaign reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- This role is currently open to Thai nationals only
- Fluent in both Thai and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media Buying, or Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is required
- Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other advertising platforms is a plus
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization strategies and performance marketing principles
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, audience targeting, and funnel optimization
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with clients across different industries is a plus
- Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus
