Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the digital transformation services sector. This strategic role is focused on securing high-value projects across both public and private sectors in key international markets. The ideal candidate will leverage a deep understanding of modern technology solutions to build a robust sales pipeline, forge strong relationships with senior decision-makers, and consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business-development plans to meet revenue and market-share targets.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities across government and key industries (e.g., agriculture, manufacturing, finance, retail, tourism).
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in government ministries and agencies.
- Craft and present compelling proposals for e-government and digital-transformation initiatives.
- Navigate public-sector procurement processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Target key accounts, positioning the company's solutions for maximum value.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals aligned to client needs.
- Promote and sell ERP solutions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) with integrated AI capabilities to SMB and mid-market clients.
- Cultivate partnerships with major cloud and technology providers.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven business-development and sales experience in IT consulting or solutions.
- Demonstrated success selling to both government and private-sector organisations.
- Strong understanding of digital-transformation technologies (AI, GenAI, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Established network within relevant government agencies and industry sectors.
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP solutions is highly desirable.
