Develop and execute the Direct Marketing (DM) strategic plan. Act as project manager to prioritize and deliver key DM initiatives, ensuring projects are on track.
Monitor and improve DM financial performance (AvE, P&L).
Collaborate with Group/Regional teams, Country Business Heads, and DM leaders.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
DM Strategy
Update market intelligence, risks, trends, and competitor analysis; communicate insights to the team.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, costs, P&L, portfolio mix) and recommend improvements.
Lead or support strategic DM projects to meet business objectives.
Support business performance analysis and strategic planning with cross-functional teams.
Ensure timely, quality submissions and communication for senior management reviews.
Support and monitor special strategic projects and initiatives.
Campaign Management
Partner with regional and local DM teams for deal simulation and tracking.
