Job Overview:
The Director, Customer Fund Operation will lead and oversee the Financial Operations team at 2C2P, Thailand. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency in customer fund management while aligning with the strategic direction of the company. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in leading cross-border financial operations teams, strong stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership of Financial Operations: Lead and manage the team across Thailand
- Cross-border fund management: Oversee customer fund operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Process optimization: Drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in financial operations through process improvements and automation
- Stakeholder coordination: Act as the primary liaison with Antom's financial team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Risk and compliance oversight: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements across all operating countries
- Strategic contribution: Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on fund operations strategy, resource allocation, and regional expansion
- Talent development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial operations, treasury, or fund management
- Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role directly leading financial operations teams, preferably with regional oversight
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of fund operations, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to implement operational improvements and drive process efficiency
- Experience in fintech or payment services is highly desirable
