Leadership:
- Define and execute the DevOps strategy, aligning with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, and Product, to streamline development and deployment processes.
Infrastructure Automation :
- Architect, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or equivalent tools.
Cloud Management:
- Design and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
- Implement cloud-native practices for deployment, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
Security Compliance:
- Enforce best practices for DevSecOps, ensuring secure application and infrastructure pipelines.
- Monitor compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, SOC2).
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively improve reliability.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize applications for better scalability and resilience.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines .
Skills:
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Deep understanding of IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Expertise in monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging frameworks (e.g., ELK Stack).
- Knowledge of networking, container orchestration, and microservices architecture .
Certifications (Preferred):
- Kubernetes Certified Administrator (CKA)
- AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and delivera bles in a fast-paced environment.
