Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Define and drive corporate and business strategies aligned with long-term objectives
- Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and enterprise-wide execution roadmaps
- Lead annual and long-range strategic planning cycles
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership
2. Business Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Lead end-to-end Business Process Improvement (BPI) across the organization
- Drive process redesign, optimization, and standardization initiatives
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Establish governance, frameworks, and best practices for process excellence
- Enhance efficiency, scalability, quality, and cost optimization
3. Strategy Execution & Governance
- Define and monitor KPIs to track strategic and operational performance
- Ensure alignment between strategy, operations, and execution
- Identify risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Develop mitigation plans and ensure effective execution
4. Transformation & Change Management
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence
- Ensure successful adoption of new processes and strategic initiatives
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop the Strategy & BPI team
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across functions
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making
- Influence and align leadership teams toward common strategic goals
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in business transformation, strategy, or management consulting
- Strong track record in delivering Lean / Six Sigma projects (Black Belt level preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Background in Manufacturing, FMCG, or complex operations is a plus
- MBA or advanced degree is an advantage
