About Your Role
Purpose & Summary
This role serves as a strategic P&C (People & Culture) partner to the Sales organization, driving commercial-focused people strategies, future workforce planning, capability development, culture activation, and operational excellence. You will work closely with sales leaders to shape an agile, highperforming, and engaged commercial workforce that enables Suntory's business growth.
What You'll Do
1. Strategic Partnership & Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align people strategies with commercial goals and market dynamics.
- Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting, and organizational design to support growth and agility.
- Translate business priorities into actionable P&C plans with measurable impact.
2. Talent & Capability Development
- Drive capabilitybuilding initiatives tailored to frontline teams and sales leadership.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and L&D to attract, develop, and retain top commercial talent.
- Champion performance enablement, succession planning, and career development pathways.
3. Culture, Engagement & Change
- Activate Suntory's culture and values across sales teams, fostering inclusion, well-being, and recognition.
- Lead change management efforts for sales transformation, digitalization, and new ways of working.
- Use datadriven insights to shape engagement strategies and enhance employee experience.
4. Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure P&C processes (onboarding, performance reviews, ER cases, etc.) are executed with excellence.
- Monitor and advise on labor law compliance, risk mitigation, and ethical conduct.
- Partner with Total Rewards and Payroll to ensure fair, competitive, and timely compensation practices.

What You Need to Be Successful
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 67 years of experience in a related field with proven experience in sales technology leadership roles.
- Experience working with or selling FMCG or consumer products is strongly preferred.
