Document Controller – EPC Projects

Position Overview

Manage engineering and project documentation for wind power and other EPC projects, coordinating submissions, revisions, approvals, reporting, and final handover with clients, contractors, suppliers, and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and administer the document control system across engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, commissioning, and project handover.

• Control the receipt, registration, distribution, review, approval, revision, and archiving of drawings, technical specifications, method statements, inspection records, reports, contracts, correspondence, and vendor documents.

• Maintain document registers, transmittal records, revision histories, approval workflows, and master document lists, ensuring stakeholders use the latest approved versions.

• Coordinate submissions and approvals among project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, OEMs, and regional or headquarters teams.

• Monitor overdue documents and review cycles, follow up with responsible parties, and provide document-status reports and dashboards to project management.

• Review document numbering, formatting, completeness, contractual compliance, and approval status before formal submission.

• Manage electronic and physical project records in line with company procedures, contractual requirements, confidentiality rules, and retention policies.

• Support audits by retrieving records, maintaining traceability, and keeping project documentation complete and audit-ready.

• Compile and submit final documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test records, completion dossiers, and handover packages.

• Improve document-control procedures and promote consistent use of the company's electronic document management system.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of document-control experience in EPC, construction, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

• Experience controlling engineering drawings, technical documents, vendor documentation, correspondence, and final handover dossiers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or another EDMS is preferred.

• Good knowledge of document numbering, revision control, transmittals, approval workflows, document registers, and filing structures.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up skills, and ability to manage high document volumes and multiple priorities.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and international stakeholders.

• Good written and spoken Thai and English; Chinese is an advantage.

• Wind power or renewable-energy project experience is preferred.

• Willing to travel to or temporarily work at project sites when required.

Monthly Basic Salary

THB 45,000–65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
