We're looking for a E&I Supervisor to join our Thailand team.

As an E&I Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and control systems, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant experience in E&I works, a strong understanding of safety practices, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and contractors.

What You'll Do

We are looking for a E&I Supervisor to join our team in Rayong Office, Thailand

The Role Responsibilities Include

  • Lead and supervise field execution of Electrical, Telecom, and Instrumentation works across refinery, oil & gas, factory, railway, modular, and onshore platform projects.
  • Manage project activities including planning, installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee and complete construction phase activities in line with approved milestones, targets, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across organizations.
  • Support project management objectives by ensuring site activities meet safety, quality, and delivery requirements.

What You'll Have

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Experience in E&I construction, testing, and commissioning works.
  • Familiar with RFIs, E&I test packages, and inspection activities.
  • Hands-on experience in motor testing, loop checks (ESD/SIF), and instrument calibration.
  • Knowledge of fire alarm, fire suppression, gas detection, and deluge valve systems.
  • Experience with analytical instruments and CEMS is an advantage.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair E&I instruments.
