Responsibility
- Manage employee relations, including investigating and resolving employee complaints grievances and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly investigate allegations of misconduct or violations of company policies advise management on matters related to employee relations and provide recommendations on best practices facilitate the resolution of conflicts between employees and management.
- Develop labor relations manage labor relations activities, including contract negotiation and administration ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations represent the company in labor litigation and arbitration.
- Manage and develop employee engagement by developing and implementing all company programs or activities to promote employee engagement to increase employee satisfaction and morale conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement create a positive and inclusive corporate culture.
- Develop and implement policies by developing, reviewing and updating policies and procedures related to employee relations ensure that policies are consistently enforced throughout the organization.
- Develop and develop labor relations provide training and education to management and employees on topics related to employee relations, including disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution and harassment prevention.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 5 years of work experience in employee relations or human resource management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive information carefully
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with labor unions will be an advantage
- Computer skills in Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- The ability to communicate and coordinate well within the team and outside the team.
