- Lead the planning, design and management of end-to-end event engagement and sales motivation activities to align with business goals, target audiences and budget control.
- Lead in the approval processes, tracking and monitoring any expenses related to all sales motivation/engagement activities including identifying cost saving opportunities and audit checking in compliance with company policies.
- Manage centralized communication efforts including the development of communictaion plans and materials. Ensure timely and effective communication with sales team to keep them informed and engaged.
- Coordinate with vendors and working team for vendor selection process, procurement, purchasing and expense management related to all sales motivation/engagement activities.
- Summarize, analyze and report activity outcomes and providing the recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end event management, sales motivation/engagement activities, or project coordination.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills with ability to influence and engage with diverse teams, build positive working relationships across departments and effectively communicate with sales team.
- Insurance / telemarketing background and understanding of procurement, purchasing and expense tracking process would be adventage.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools and familiarity with data analysis to forecast, monitor and control budget. Excellent command of Thai in reading, writing and speaking.
- Creative thinking, detail-oriented and capable of motivating participation and achieving activity goals including ability to design and use communication tools such as Canva or any AI tools.
