Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Engineer to join our team in Bang Pa, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving products from concept to production, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and optimize product designs using CAD software and engineering principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for product development challenges
• Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure performance, quality, and reliability
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications and design files
• Manage product development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues throughout the development lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in product engineering or related field

PREFERRED:

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and product lifecycle management (PLM) software
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, material science, and product development methodologies
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and validating product designs

SKILLS:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification preferred
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to product development
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing sites or customer locations
