Key Accountabilities;
Failure Analysis role (50%)
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of product, process, and system failures.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans to eliminate recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing) to validate solutions.
- Document findings and maintain a knowledge base of failure modes and resolutions.
Digital Transformation role (50%)
- Identify opportunities for digitalization in manufacturing, quality, and supply chain processes.
- Implement Industry 4.0 solutions such as IoT, AI/ML analytics, and digital twins.
- Lead projects to automate data collection, visualization, and reporting.
- Champion adoption of digital tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Qualification & Requirements;
Education Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in related field, preferably in engineering, science or statistics.
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Proven experience in Failure Analysis, Reliability Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, Fishbone, Fault Tree).
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation projects (automation, data analytics, ERP/MES systems).
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML, Cloud platforms).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience in Electronic or HDD field.
- 2-3 years preferable.
- QA background with ISO9000 experience.
- Systems thinker with ability to connect technical detail to organizational strategy.
- Strong analytical and digital innovation mindset with data-driven decision-making.
Others:
- Good personality & Human relations, service-minded, trouble shooting.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, fast learner and willing to work hard.
- Proficient in the use of computer program; MS Office, Internet, and E-mail.
- Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.
- Good command in English & Thai.
