The business is continuously driving new projects and brownfield transformations within existing plants to support growth, efficiency, and regulatory requirements.
The company is seeking a Project Engineering Specialist to support new project implementation and plant modification under tight timelines and operational pressure.
This is a standalone, hands-on role, ideal for an engineer who can take full ownership, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced global FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute brownfield engineering projects within existing manufacturing facilities.
- Take ownership of new project implementation, including equipment installation, layout modification, and process improvement.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians, contractors, and vendors on-site.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and under operational pressure.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving during project execution.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
- Experience in brownfield projects, plant modification, or on-site project execution.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Hands-on experience supervising technicians and contractors.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing regulations and compliance is preferred.
- Good command of Thai , English communication.
