What You'll Do
We are looking for an Environmental Specialist to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand
The Role Responsibilities Include
- Manage environmental compliance for oil & gas / pipeline construction projects
- Ensure project activities comply with EIA requirements, environmental laws, and client standards
- Coordinate with environmental consultants and third parties for monitoring and reporting
- Prepare, review, and submit environmental reports (weekly, monthly, six‑month) to clients and authorities
- Conduct site inspections and recommend corrective actions when required
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to follow EIA and HSE procedures
- Support environmental data collection and documentation for project and owner review
- Conduct environmental and HSE training for workers and subcontractors
- Attend site walk‑downs, HSE/SHE meetings, and prepare meeting minutes
- Support permit‑to‑work processes and environmental risk assessments
- Work closely with project, construction, and HSE teams to maintain compliance standards
What You'll Have
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental roles within pipeline, power plant, or oil & gas projects
- Solid knowledge of EIA requirements, environmental monitoring, and regulatory reporting
- Hands‑on experience working on construction sites and coordinating with subcontractors.
- Familiar with ISO 14001, environmental management systems, and HSE standards
- Able to prepare clear and well‑structured environmental reports and documentation
- Experience working with clients, consultants, and regulatory inspectors
- Thai communication skills are required due to regular coordination with site teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
