About the RoleWe're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our COO in Chiang Mai.

This role is focused on personal and lifestyle support. Your job is to make sure everything outside of core work runs smoothly — from calendar coordination to travel to day-to-day logistics.

This is not a reactive admin role. We're looking for someone proactive who thinks ahead and takes ownership.

The role is primarily in person however there can be some flexibility for hybrid or remote once up and running.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keeping the calendar clean, structured, and conflict-free
  • Planning trips and handling logistics without things falling through the cracks
  • Taking care of personal admin and local coordination in Chiang Mai
  • Organizing routines, appointments, and day-to-day structure
  • Jumping in on light work tasks when things get busy
  • Acting as the person who keeps everything running smoothly in the background
  • General Admin tasks in and out of work
  • Creating schedules and ordering items if needed

What We're Looking For

  • Can communicate in basic English
  • Available during afternoons to evenings (Euro / US hours) if needed
  • You're naturally organized — not because you try, but because that's how you think
  • You take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do
  • You're reliable, calm, and easy to work with
  • You're comfortable with tools like Google Calendar and basic systems
  • You're based in Chiang Mai (or ready to move)

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting an executive or founder
  • Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Claude & Cowork
  • Amazon / Ecommerce experience


  • Chiang Mai, Thailand (on-site / Local Preferred)

    Part-time (20–30 hrs/week, potential full-time)

    Salary: 25,000-40,000 Baht per month (based on availability and experience)
