Your Key Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Country Head, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
- Lead meeting preparation and documentation, including material circulation, planning, and accurate minutetaking with followup and closure of action items.
- Coordinate senior management and VIP visits, collaborating with cluster, regional, and global executive assistants to ensure professional execution.
- Plan and execute major company events, including two Sales Conferences annually and internal engagement activities through the Social Committee.
- Manage and enhance administrative systems and processes, introducing improvements that strengthen efficiency, compliance, and office operations.
- Provide guidance on internal procedures and policies, supporting associates and stakeholders with administrative requirements and service needs.
- Oversee logistics, procurement, and office operations, including travel bookings for associates, office supplies management, purchase processing, and facility readiness.
- Coordinate and manage administrative projects, supporting design, planning, implementation, and communication to ensure seamless execution.
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders with confidential, highaccuracy executive support.
- Highly organized and detailoriented, with strong skills in calendar, travel, and expense coordination.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Medical, IT, Compliance, Finance, and P&O.
- Skilled in project and event management, delivering meetings, conferences, and administrative projects on time.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, including accurate minutes, agendas, and action tracking.
- Experience managing corporate events, including sales conferences, engagement activities, and VIP visits.
- Processdriven mindset, able to streamline workflows and improve administrative efficiency.
- Proficient in office operations and procurement, including inventory, purchasing, and maintaining office readiness.
