Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the Group CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling high-level meetings, board sessions, and strategic engagements across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, acting as a key liaison with senior executives, stakeholders, partners, and board members.
  • Prepare, review, and manage confidential documents, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive and board-level meetings.
  • Support strategic initiatives by tracking key projects, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution across business units.
  • Organize and coordinate domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Facilitate executive meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, corporate activities, and executive directives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive corporate information.
  • Support corporate events, investor meetings, and high-profile engagements as required.
  • Manage the CEO's personal calendar, appointments, and private commitments, ensuring seamless integration with business schedules.
  • Maintain and organize personal records, documents, and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for personal matters, ensuring efficiency, privacy, and reliability at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a multinational or luxury brand environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience in travel coordination, event planning, and executive office management.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when required.
